These announcements speak volumes about the current growth of rugby in the United States.  With the re-inclusion of rugby in the Olympics, it has become one of the fastest growing team sports in the country.  "We are very proud to be hosting the [Junior World Rugby Trophy]," said USA Rugby CEO and President of Rugby Operations, Nigel Melville.  "Hosting a JWRT is the first step to positioning the USA to host larger tournaments with the end goal of one day hosting a Rugby World Cup."

The Junior World Rugby Trophy is scheduled to take place June 18th-30th in Salt Lake City, Ut.   To learn more about this event visit USA Rugby!
